KTC provides online learning through live online classes. After verification, class information and schedule appear in your طالب علم پورٹل and official course communication. Zoom or meeting links are shared privately with verified students, not on public course pages.

When a course is configured with recordings, verified students access them from the طالب علم پورٹل. If a course page does not list recordings, that course may not include them.

Assignments and Tests & Quizzes are completed in the طالب علم پورٹل after admission is verified. Published test titles may appear on a course page. Calculated results are stored automatically; published results can appear on the public Test & Quiz Results page.

Attendance is recorded for live classes according to KTC’s configured attendance process. Students mark or review attendance from the طالب علم پورٹل. Certificate eligibility may depend on attendance when that rule is enabled in KTC settings.

After verification, mentor support is available through the طالب علم پورٹل and the official course WhatsApp group for your enrolled batch. Mentors are not contacted to complete admission.

داخلہ فارم پر آفیشل ادائیگی کی معلومات دکھائی جاتی ہیں۔ ادائیگی کے بعد transaction/reference details یا رسید لازمی جمع کریں۔

جی ہاں۔ آپ کے منتخب کورس کی دکھائی گئی فیس مکمل اور حتمی کورس فیس ہے۔ ادائیگی کے بعد کوئی اضافی کورس فیس یا پوشیدہ چارجز نہیں جوڑے جائیں گے۔

طالب علم پورٹل تب کھلتا ہے جب KTC ٹیم آپ کی درخواست اور ادائیگی کی تصدیق کر لے۔

Certificates are issued according to KTC eligibility (including course completion and any attendance rule KTC has enabled). Public سرٹیفکیٹ تصدیق checks authenticity without exposing private student records. If a separate certificate fee is configured, it is shown in the طالب علم پورٹل — it is not invented on this FAQ.

Kakar Tutoring Center (KTC) is an online digital-skills education platform. Students explore courses on this website, complete official registration, attend live online classes after verification, and use the طالب علم پورٹل for recordings, assignments, assessments, progress and certificates.

When KTC publishes an active scholarship, it appears on the Scholarships page with eligibility, dates, course/batch and how to apply. Availability is not guaranteed when no program is listed.

The Jobs page lists opportunities published by KTC and, where configured, franchise listings. Application is on the website. A valid KTC certificate may be required where the listing says so. KTC does not guarantee employment.

Official community links published by KTC appear on the website and, after verification, in the طالب علم پورٹل. Public pages do not expose private group invitation URLs for enrolled batches.
