After verification, you will receive access to your enrolled course WhatsApp group. WhatsApp is not used to complete admission.

Course recordings are available in the Student Panel after verification, for courses that include recordings.

Assignments and projects are submitted from the Student Panel after your admission is verified.

KTC provides online learning through live online classes. After verification, class information and schedule appear in your Student Panel and official course communication. Zoom or meeting links are shared privately with verified students, not on public course pages.

When a course is configured with recordings, verified students access them from the Student Panel. If a course page does not list recordings, that course may not include them.

Assignments and Tests & Quizzes are completed in the Student Panel after admission is verified. Published test titles may appear on a course page. Calculated results are stored automatically; published results can appear on the public Test & Quiz Results page.

Attendance is recorded for live classes according to KTC’s configured attendance process. Students mark or review attendance from the Student Panel. Certificate eligibility may depend on attendance when that rule is enabled in KTC settings.

After verification, mentor support is available through the Student Panel and the official course WhatsApp group for your enrolled batch. Mentors are not contacted to complete admission.

Open the official KTC website, choose your course, and complete the Online Admission / Apply Now form. Registration is completed on the website.

Use Track Admission with your Admission ID or Student ID and the email you used on the form.

Your admission application has been received. The KTC team reviews your information and payment. After verification you receive Student Panel access and WhatsApp course group access, then you start learning.

Yes. KTC provides online learning services across Pakistan, so students can enroll from any city in Pakistan.

Open Courses, read the course page, then start Apply / Enroll. The admission form lists the course and available batches published by KTC. Choose the batch shown on the form — batch WhatsApp links are not public.

The admission form shows official Payment Information (account, wallet, account holder, and instructions) published by the KTC team. Pay using those details and submit your transaction/reference details or receipt on the same form.

Yes. The fee displayed for your selected course is the total and final course fee. No additional course fee or hidden course charge will be added after payment.

The Student Panel opens after the KTC team verifies your application and payment. Pending or rejected payments do not unlock the panel.

Use the Contact page, the published phone/email, or WhatsApp support for help. Admission, payment and registration are completed on the official website — not by sending the form on WhatsApp.

Open Certificate Verification and enter the certificate number or Student ID, or scan the QR code on the certificate.

Certificates are issued according to KTC eligibility (including course completion and any attendance rule KTC has enabled). Public Certificate Verification checks authenticity without exposing private student records. If a separate certificate fee is configured, it is shown in the Student Panel — it is not invented on this FAQ.

Kakar Tutoring Center (KTC) is an online digital-skills education platform. Students explore courses on this website, complete official registration, attend live online classes after verification, and use the Student Panel for recordings, assignments, assessments, progress and certificates.

When KTC publishes an active scholarship, it appears on the Scholarships page with eligibility, dates, course/batch and how to apply. Availability is not guaranteed when no program is listed.

The Jobs page lists opportunities published by KTC and, where configured, franchise listings. Application is on the website. A valid KTC certificate may be required where the listing says so. KTC does not guarantee employment.

Official community links published by KTC appear on the website and, after verification, in the Student Panel. Public pages do not expose private group invitation URLs for enrolled batches.
